This haute cuisine Japanese restaurant is located near the Sport Wellness Mountain Spa reception area. The Koy Hermitage offers a gastronomic proposal unique in Andorra, presented the chef of the Koy Shunka restaurant in Barcelona, Hideki Matsuhisa, awarded a Michelin Star, and recognised in Barcelona as one of the best references for Japanese creativity.

The legacy of ancient Japanese tradition has been raised to the level of art in this restaurant. Be seduced by its simplicity, the power of carefully selected ingredients and preparation of the menu, with a unique presentation of the dishes for the most demanding palates of Japanese cuisine.
